JOB OVERVIEW:-

Primary duties include identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clients, collaborating with executives on business strategy to determine objectives, evaluate current business performance and maximizing business reach and potential.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:-

  • 1. Managing sales activities.
  • 2. Actively seek out new #Sales Opportunities
  • 3. Set up meetings with potential clients on calls and video calls.
  • 4. Write new business proposals.
  • 5. Conversion of leads through calling.
  • 6. Acquire and maintain the latest necessary technical knowledge to convert leads.
  • 7. Negotiate/close deals.
  • 8. Collaborate with highly experienced team members to achieve better results.
  • 9. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities
  • 10. Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company.
  • 11. Keep prospective client database updated.
  • 12. Follow company guidelines and procedures for the acquisition of customers.
  • 13. Develop and manage efficient networks for Business Development.
  • 14. Consistently achieve revenue targets set by management.
  • 15. Generate sales through available online freelance portals.
  • 16. Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:-

  • 1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 2. 1 Year of Experience in the same field as a Sales Executive.
  • 3. Must have experience in Lead Conversion.
  • 4. Experience in Online Lead Generation via Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc. is a plus.
  • 5. Email Etiquette, Proposal Writing, Follow-up, and Requirement Gathering
  • 6. Must have experienced Client Interaction.
  • 7. Understanding of the Demand and Supply of Software Outsourcing, Web Design, Web Development and Mobile App Development.
  • 8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
